Become a Volunteer

Volunteers are asked to attend one training session prior to the event. The date and time will be announced in the weeks leading up to the event. In exchange for your assistance, volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and access to the event outside of your volunteer shift.

Volunteers may be asked to help with set up, tear down, attendee check-in, guest experience, vendor assistance, trash removal, or other tasks. Please know that you may be on your feet for the duration of your volunteer shift. While we appreciate your offer to help, if you are not comfortable with any of the above-mentioned tasks or being on your feet for 2.5 hours, please do not apply to be a volunteer.

Volunteers should plan to arrive and check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift. All volunteers will be notified of their participation by early February.
